I was going to take the night off, but all the great beer in the fridge twisted my arm. Had a Stoudts DIPA and finishing the night off with a Nugget Nectar, like evryone else it seems.

La Roja is killer! I am enjoying hombrew tonight. Started off with a Rye IPA, then a Foreign Extra Stout....Had Genny Bock right after work while working over at my new house but that was earlier...

Drinking the last of my Hopslams. Such a sad but delicious night.

I went to a local bar to have an Aviator brew, and good lord was it good. McGritty's Scottish Ale. Peat smoke, solid malt backbone, and serious drinkability!

Quiet night in for me; 16oz growler of NEBCO Ghost Pigeon Porter, and some Old Weller Antique as a nightcap.

My glass saw a Flying Dog Horn Dog barleywine, and now it's full of Short's Aorta Ale. Tasty.

1st a Nugget Nectar, now a Hopslam, then a Great Divide Fresh Hops to finish off. Who lives better than us?

Took this picture back in September 2011. The Heady Topper cans have improved since that first batch. The flavor of the beer is pretty much at where it was on draft in the brewpub. Drinking another one from last Monday's batch, simply amazing hop flavor. It is like getting fresh hops from the Homebrew store directly translated into beer, so good. I actually am drinking it out of a glass tonight (last one was out of the can), still very hazy, looks a lot like regular apple cider.

I've opened the La Roja and am about half-way through the bottle...

Now I'm trying to suppress the urge to buy sours in large, expensive quantities.

So.......acidic.....stomach......burning. Good, albeit one sided. Should have split this.

It does look a bit like stomach acid in a glass.
