Fricking great BSDA. Super malty with big complex caramel, molasses, toffee, tobacco, chocolate, dark fruit, and pear.


Fantastic. Big roasted dark chocolate and coffee, great hop flavor balance.


I had this again tonight. My opinion has shifted(last night my nose was a bit stuffy). This is honestly the best Black IPA I have ever had. Orange rind hoppiness works so damn well. Super fricking balanced.


A new prog metal discovery. The vocals are clean, so it is safe(people who don't like growling vocals, lol) Kind of sounds like The Human Abstract.

 

Tonight trying my first Magic Hat #9 and following it with a Summit Unchained Dunkelweizen. Listening to the Beatles. Number 9........

 

This is a pretty damn good beer for the price. Very drinkable. But probably the worst name ever for a beer.

Had a 3 Floyds Alpha King, Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout, then a delicious O'Dell Myrcenary, and finished off with a Founders Porter.

 

Still on my "kill my cellar" kick, so down goes a 2007 Bourbon County Stout.

Now on to my first venture into sours with the New Belgian Tart Lychee and as much as I want to like it I'm not sure I do.

 

Batch 001x2, pretty darn incredible, still has loads of fruit and not as much vinegar as I would've thought, aging gracefully.

 

Last Daisy Cutter in my fridge. Drinkin it straight out the can. Like a boss.
