let's get more of the crazy shit going. i really enjoyed the pastrami on rye and razbeardo, really all of the PW brews. i have been sitting on a bottle of the saison vert because i'm afraid to drink it...maybe i'll do it this weekend now that it's got a year on it. the other saison were good so i don't know why the vert would be any different. should probably pair it with a gyro or some greek chicken.

 

Since PW's is doing such a fantastic job of responding on this thread, any chance that there will be some distro expansion in the future (near or far)? Say...So. Illinois/St.Louis Metro?

 

goes hand-in-hand with our expansion next year. i would guesstimate that other parts of IL outside of Chi-metro wouldn't see beer until this time of next year... we're going to find a distributor for that.

I am still thinking about the barrel aged Date Yeast Sugar Magik from the Emporium event. Wishing for more of it is what I spend all of my time doing. It was awesome to see a few of you hanging out, there!

Are you sure? I thought the only 2 BA beers they brought that day were the DSYM and their Experimental Stout which I thought was the Abduction base with some other things. Don't recall a BA TNA being there, but could have missed it if it was later in the day.
