    Ugh. I got screwed by them last year on BCBS, never shopping there again even though its the closest store to where I live.

    I think it may have to do with the fact that this was a FwB collaboration beer and they let the donator help design the label. This is my best guess. Beer is pretty damn amazing btw.

    They were sold out by 5pm when OTL first hit two weeks ago. Did they hold some back (completely OK to do so, IMHO) or did Pipeworks release more today?

    I love that the DG and OB Binnys are on the same delivery day schedule as Capones now! I can see the tweet from Capones and expect beer to hit out in the suburbs about 2 hours later. (Nobody else pay attention to my system)

    Yes according to a couple people I have talked to, the FwB that collaborated for this beer lost her husband recently and wanted a label that had all of her husband's favorite things on it. Therefore created with pipeworks a different label than the usual "tales from the oak" label.

    That is sad about her husband, but I think the label is really damn cool. Whole lot of stuff going on in it, and fitting for such an awesome beer.

    Although, I heard yesterday that they are adding a 3rd delivery truck, and the entire schedule might be switched around.
