Latest Pipeworks Releases and Updates

Ardmore Station in Villa Park.....gotta give these guys props especially since they're now selling singles of pretty much anything for the cost per bottle divided from the pack. Always have the recent releases of Pipeworks too, including at least 10 bottles of HCMTBH that I saw tonight.

 

Except for that time they jacked up the price on RTA and Gerrit called to give 'em a what for and they told him he didn't know how the beer business worked.

 

I've heard this batch of NvU Is the best yet. So I bought a few to see for myself.

They aren't lying. This stuff is freaking out if this world. Idk what else is in here but it's amazing.

Any extra hop additions? El Durado?

 

Wasn't this batch double dry hopped?

 

This new ninja vs unicorn & cascade batch gave me a stiff willy

 

Let me know when they have anything besides $10 bombers. What I have had from them has been good but too pricey when compared to other offerings available.

 

That's what I heard, they used some leftover Simcoe & Citra hops if I'm remember correctly.

Amarillo and Galaxy. I'm not sure if all three batches had the "special" hop addition either.

 

Yeah, this NvU batch was good. Bought two bottles. The first was flat, unfortunately. The second one was fine.

 

Gettin Fresh in the Cascades? That would be a beer I'd be proud to share with my buddies. Nonetheless can't wait for PW Cascade, missed out on the Ninja, and also wanting patiently for the next batch of Unicorn Galaxy.

All three were hopped with galaxy and amarillo, plus some of the normal mix. Not double dry hopped or whatever. Not sure where that came from or why there is a second rating for it as such on Untappd... then again, I don't really care. It tastes awesome! NvU often gets different hops, it's just the nature of that beer and what we have on hand.

 

I saw Chris tweeted that he had a double dry-hopped batch of NvU open for tasting about a week ago at Beer Temple. Guess I just assumed that was the newest batch.

 

Yep, a nameless person told me it was "extra dry-hopped" and that only one of the batches got it. later I found out it was Amarillo & Galaxy. Guess I got wrong info! Like stated above...it's tasting very very good.
