We've been using the December '14 thread for a while now. I figured since it's basically become a lookout thread, we should update it.

Rumors of it dropping next week :grinning:

It seems to hit southern CT earlier than North. Picked some up 3 weeks ago today I believe. Seems Monday or Tuesday delivery isually for Fairfield county.

3/20 batch hit fairfield on a monday and new haven on a tuesday. I can recall at least 2 prior batches landing in fairfield and new haven on the same day. So there really is no set distro order. Just shows up when it shows up i guess.

But I think everyone of them were either a Monday or Tuesday. Wish I had a chance to go check today, but do not.

Is there any chance that CT. sees less SOS than usual for this next shipment, with extra cases being sent to the Lawson's anniversary party? If I recall correctly, everybody who attends the beer lovers' market can buy up to a case.

I was sort of guessing this was likely true ... total guess, but made sense to me when I was thinking about it the other day.

It would definitely seem logical. However when I was up in Vermont a little over a week ago, there was PLENTY of SoS to be had right in the coolers of quite a few shops.

Haven't seen any SOS around in a very long time. Did manage to get some fresh Lunch today though.

I a headed through CT on route to NJ from MA on Friday. Where would my best bet to stop IF stores get a drop of SOS in the next few days.

If it does come today it will likely be gone by Friday. BevMax locations seem to consistently get a decent amount though. Worth a try.

Your best bet is to hope a drop is Thursday late or Friday morning. Otherwise it will probably be hard to find.

I have one can that my VT connect sent. But I need to time the next drop so I can stock up.

Not today, probably not tomorrow. Keep an eye out towards the end of the week.

Does that pertain to Fairfield County as well?

SOS and other coveted beers are harder to find in you local store? Funny how you can find them more easily in fancy bars and restaurants. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that the bar charging $8 for a can of SOS or GBot can afford a Golden Handshake to the friendly distributor. Imagine how much extra cash these sales guys can pull in making sure the good stuff goes to their buddies.
