SoS is out and about in New Haven county too. Already sold out at Coastal in Branford. Happy hunting everyone.

 

Picked up a 4-pack at Ninety9 bottles in Westport. They got more than usual, hopefully this is true everywhere!

 

Anyone see it around Hartford County? Super just dropped yesterday here so I assume it is coming soon

 

Grabbed a couple 4pks in Danbury earlier.

 

Manchester W&L has it. Said they didn't get much, still only selling two can limit. Fresh Hag in the cooler though.

Off topic but probably of interest: they just got a shipment of Crooked Stave: Flor D'Lees, Origins, Petite Sour Passion Fruit, Petite Sour Blueberry and Colorado Wild Sage Mountain Saison.

 

Same here. The guy running the store mentioned that a lot of small mini-mart type places had been getting SoS and selling it at a hefty markup ($28/4pk), but they might not be getting as big of an allocation going forward, leaving more for the good bottle shops.

 

I checked in Stamford and was told to check back tomorrow. But I did pick up a six pack of Super Session.

 

I think the problem remains Lawsons and the distributors have little say in who gets it. Same issue with gbot. Hence the insane gouging.

 

True. His hope was that the beer wouldn't sell at the gouging merchants and they wouldn't get allotted any more. I doubt it works out that way though.

Really? 7/10 is out.

 

I got a 4 pack from 7/10 & I believe the last batch I had was 6/15. That is a store that is just holding shit back for no good reason.

Is it possible these were held back at two roads? I find it hard that the package store I always go to would do this, but anythings possible

Picked some up in West Hartford. One place had it in the back room, which annoys me but I do go there somewhat regularly so I didn't mind asking for it. I also checked Harvest Country and I did not see any there. I really like to buy from them and the Harvest on Farmington Ave. because there are no games. When it hits an area, kind of seems like full distribution is over 2-4 day timeframe. Would that make sense?

 

Confirmed deliveries across middlesex county as well. 07/10 canned date.
