Is the midtown west FE the one on 8th Ave, between 49th & 50th?

Got some at Good Beer in the east Village on Saturday. I sat down on a stoop a block away and finished a can in about 8 seconds flat.

That's the one. They are $14.99 for a sixer, a couple bucks more than elsewhere, fwiw.

St. Gambrinus had some as of Saturday night as well, I think $2.79 or $2.99 a can.

Well, knew I should have gone to Food Emporium last Thursday for the SoS. Of course it was nowhere to be seen today. Spent 30 minutes checking every beer display upstairs and down...nada. So I had to settle for singles of Fiddlehead 2nd Fiddle, Barrier Tanto, Peekskill Eastern Standard and Sixpoint Lo-Res. I passed on Maine Lunch at $10.99. The compromises we have to make.

Sorry I couldn't get back to you on the question up thread - by Friday I was out of the country on vacation.

In the future also keep Bread and Honey in mind, a short walk up 8th Ave. They seem to carry SOS whenever it's available.

Thanks, I'll keep them in mind. In fact, according to Beer Menus, they have it as of yesterday. May drop by when I take my lunch break or get out of work. Or call first. But at $18.99 a 4-pack I may just get a single ($5.79).

B&B Beverage in Bayside had at least a case of 4 packs in the fridge yesterday around 2pm.

Top Hops just got a fresh shipment in, and they still have cans of both super session. They're on the pricier side though...

$7 per can in Hudson Valley. Yikes. Super session at $13 for the 6er isn't bad at all though.
