Nitpickers gotta nitpick. I really wonder if some people have ever cared to ask or read up on how a production brewery works. There are a ton of factors that have to be taken into consideration.. I mean, It IS brewed at a facility where they brew other beers for other customers. Lawson's can't run the show and make demands. 2 weeks is nothing.

I'd be willing to bet the SoS was two weeks since bottling because all of Two Roads' Lawson's space was filled with Super Session. The cans are dated 7/7, and with this event the release party for them it makes sense that they would be prioritized. I get the point about everyone having to buy 12 bombers of something that has a limited window of peak freshness, but I do think the growing trend here is to exaggerate how short that peak is.

So you have 12 bombers of delicious Lawson's and 12 days until they are 1 month old...and there's a problem?! :astonished::grinning:

Since both of you obviously know everything, I guess I shouldn't need to tell you that I went up to the event with my Dad, since we were already spending a few days together on a VT beercation...and Lawson's events were my Mom's favorite before she passed away...so we always go no matter what. We each got a case...which was included in each ticket price. There is no way in hell I'm letting an entire extra case of beer go to waste when I can get it out to someone else who will be able to enjoy it...hence why I'm looking for stouts. Typical BA bullshit where everyone thinks they know what's going on. I will enjoy the other 12 bombers with my Dad, so thanks for all your concern friends.

Relax man, was just giving you a hard time - I really don't care if you trade your beer. Just found it funny that you were complaining about this beer going "bad" at 1 month from bottling. Cheers!
