    Hey all

I've got an email out to Midwest also, but figured this might be faster.

Just got my first shipment from Midwest in, and it had a bag of Acid Blend in the box - which I didn't order.

I DID order a 1 lb of corn sugar, which I appear to not have received.

I assume I was just given acid blend by accident?

    thanks

acid blend is used to balance cider. it is probably tartaric/malic/something else possibly. I do not know of any reason to use it with beer, but you can be a pioneer here.

also, it is cheap, probably about the same as a pound of dextrose.

Midwest is going through some growing pains.
    Cheers.

I'd imagine it'd be nice to add a touch to a fruit beer at bottling...
