I'm heading down to Santa Fe next weekend and I was just curious if there is any way to tell which batch a bottle of Project Dank is? I know Elevated 4 packs have the canned date sticker, but wasn't sure about PD. Hoping to snag some bottles of the fresher batches in the Santa Fe area. Thanks for the help!
All Dank bottles have dates on them. Generally, if you find a batch it's the freshest one because the beer doesn't sit on shelves.
Their website has blog entries detailing what is in each batch. They aren't specifically labeled on the danked on labels, but the latest entry should correspond to the latest dank release. I've seen a few stores selling a batch prior to the recent *probably couldn't sell it all and wanted it gone before selling the newer stuff. But that is more of an anomaly. At one point, a Total Wine had three batches being sold at once. One or two of one, a couple of another, and a case of so of the new stuff. It's definitely rare to see. I have never really seen it "sold out" so you should be alright wherever you try to get it in ABQ
Not Project Dank related, but definitely La Cumbre related. Is there a current website where you can get Elevated cans shipped to Texas? I know there used to be one and I remember they quit doing it after a while?
Not that I know of. But only because I think its illegal to ship in and out of Texas. But I could be wrong...
Check the release date and then correspond that to the blog entry, and you should have a good idea of what is in each batch. We sell out at the brewery as do most of the retailers of each batch. I thank you for letting me know that certain retailers are ordering too much. As far as shipping, not legally. There are plenty that trade here, but nothing is sold online since beerjobber went under.
