I am thinking about putting together a series of beer tastings/social events here in Austin. 1. Poker Game $20, $50, $100 buyin 2. Conservative only Beer Tasting 3. Ron Paul supports only Beer Tasting 4. Liberal only Beer Tasting 5. Hired Strippers Beer Tasting Any thoughts and who is interested in any of these?
Interested, but (1) don't play poker, (2) not a conservative, (3) couldnt possibly support Ron Paul. I could get behind 4 or 5, though.

I could think of a "tasting" for Ron Paul supporters, but it would not be for beer. I'm sure the word "dank" would be used a lot though. Perhaps held at Planet K?

My only reasonable requests would be for poker and strippers, who needs politics.... I hate politics and my poker skills don't stand a chance with all the high abv beers we drink. So I'm going with strippers!!! Hope these are still going when I'm single again.

Damn, even I may drive my ass to Austin for any of those, am conservative but love to debate, love poker but go all in when I am drunk, and who doesn't need a stripper. Anyone in Houston want to get a Poker tasting going, I would be super down
How about a Liberal vs. Conservative tasting? After a while it could degenerate into a good 'ol fashioned fist fight. Bad feelings and bloody knuckles, a great way to cap off the evening! Also, why would you hire strippers to taste beer? Wouldn't you rather taste it yourselves?
