My regulator leaked out an entire tank of CO2 so I got a refill hooked it up got me a bottle of soapy water to find the leak. The leak is coming from the regulator connecting to the tank. It seems to me (I could be very wrong) that there isn't enough thread on the tank for my regulator to get a good seal? I taped the thread up with plumbers tape and the leak is now on the other side of the bit that screws to the tank. Should I just tape the hell out of it on this side too?

Hopefully I am making sense in my explanation, I'm not the most technically inclined person.

I figured it out just after I posted it, but I was definitely missing a gasket, thanks!
