Leaving Feedback Clarification - Only after shipping

    I saw this update today:

    So, what happens when trade request is accepted by both parties and one of the parties bails before shipping? Can you still leave feedback? If not, I don't like this change at all. Gives further protection to people who bail out on trades to find a better offer.

    I think that now it's more than clear that you can't leave feedback for a trade that didn't occur. And this isn't a new rule, but rather a clarification as there was some confusion amongst some traders.

    Additionally, the clarification was made as we got tired of people using it for trades that never happened, the retaliatory feedback left by the person who backed out, the subsequent whining thrown at mods by the person who left the original bad feedback (when they weren't supposed to) and the time wasted having to deal with the back and forth between both traders until ultimately the feedback was purged; every single time, so there's also no point.
