Any issue with leaving Iodophor in a tapline for a few weeks until it is needed again?

I dunno. But my guess is that it would stain the vinyl.

It will turn your lines yellow and it will loose its potency.
Not sure of any other effects

To me, Iodophor has a nauseating chlorine bleach-like odor, and I would not want to take a chance of that odor staying in the plastic lines since it is a closed environment with no place for the odor to go except to catch onto the beer.

think i would prefer to leave starsan in my lines, but I don't think you would be hurt by leaving IO in your lines. It usually fades color as it loses potency.

I leave idophor in my lines. I have noticed no off flavors from it. I do waste at least one beer doing this rinsing the line.

I've done this by accident before, with no apparent ill affects, other than staining the tubing.
