"At long last, Left Hand Brewing is coming to Wyoming! This July the brewery will open distribution in partnership with Cheyenne & Laramie Beverage, expanding Left Hand’s availability to 37 states and D.C. “We’re really looking forward to bringing Left Hand up I-25 to our Northern neighbors. Craft beer is alive and well in Wyoming and there’s never been a better time to be here.” shares Steve Tamas, CO/WY Region Sales Manager. Beer drinkers can get their first taste of Left Hand on WY ground at Bud’s Bar in Laramie on July 8th and the Laramie Brew Fest on July 9th, with additional WY release events at Uncle Charley’s, Ranger Bar, Northridge Liquor and more July 20 through 22nd. Packaged beer will be available in the Cheyenne and Laramie market the first week of July.

Cheyenne & Laramie Beverage will distribute Left Hand’s perennial lineup and Nitro series including: Milk Stout & Milk Stout Nitro, Sawtooth Amber Ale, Extrovert IPA, Polestar Pilsner, as well as seasonals, limited editions and their Mountain Mixer variety pack. Left Hand is Colorado’s 4th largest craft brewery, finishing 2015 with 82,849 barrels removed."

Wow, didn't know Left Hand wasn't available - the brewery is only about 65 miles from the border!

My thoughts exactly. That's a pretty huge surprise to me. In CO, that nitro Milk Stout tap is probably more ubiquitous than Fat Tire these days.

Wyoming gets a very small fraction of what Colorado has to offer.

Huh, I had no idea Bud's bar was open again. Let alone serving craft anything.:astonished::confused: It was always my favorite place in Laramie as far as atmosphere. Legend has it it was the inspiration for Moe's on The Simpsons. In addition to all the other Laramie "coincidences."

No offense to the Wyoming buds, I wonder if that has to do with how sparsely populated your state is, as a whole? I'm wondering if many of the breweries think it's "not worth it"?
