I was in Boston this weekend and had Left Hand Vietnamese Coffee Stout.
I can't find it on BA anywhere and I wanted to get some more info on this.
Perhaps it was left over from EBF a few weeks ago that got cancelled as some of the main beer bars had some special taps but that beer was incredible. Hoping to see it pop up somewhere soon.

Has anyone else had it or have any info? Thanks.

Never had, never seen it on tap anywhere around here, but would love to try it.

It was incredibly coffee forward - reminded me of Sumtra Brown from Founders on KBS Day 2012.
I hope to see it again in the future.

They brew a coffee stout every year for GABF/Denver beer week called "Week Sauce." It's quite tasty. I wonder if they're similar?

I really dug Week Sauce. Last year's was a porter and was great.

Could have been Java Lava, that beer had the same description (Sweet Vietnamese Stout), and was quite delicious. Brewed every once in a while, had it at a couple of places locally.
