about a year ago i can across a bunch of trillium soaks/ supersoaks. Have had them all a bunch of times and know they hold up fine with same age so tossed them in the fridge downstairs and forgot about them.

I started making an inventory of beers in the cellar because it’s getting stupid. I realized I left these three on their side. Need I worry about rust issues? Would it be a problem that quickly in a refrigerated setting?

They shouldn't rust from the inside, and they shouldn't rust in a refrigerator.

I thought the fridge would keep them safe but have heard people mention inside rusting. Good to know, thanks for the response

Nothing to worry about. May not be ideal, through the amount of liquid exposed to atmosphere in the bottle, but it won't ruin the beer.

I’ve found rust on caps from upright stored bottles, I think it just comes down to luck on whether or not you get a reject cap with a faulty seal that will cause rust.

Literally the only way to rust something (or oxidize) is with the presence of oxygen
