So Leinenkugel is a macro. Heck, I even saw a commerical for it during the NCAA tournament today on CBS. So I figured since its a macro I'd be able to pick up a sixer for like 8 bucks or less. To my surprise my local shop was charging 9.49 for a sixer. I couldnt figure out why it was priced like craft. Thats the only store I found that carried it. This is the same store that sells Genesee and Genesee Cream for 3.99 for a sixer of 12oz cans. I'm assumuing Leinenkugel Summer Shandy is a step up from that but more than double the price ? I dont get it.

Never paid any attention. Could be $1.99/6 and I'd still pass.

Someone gave me a Snowdrift Vanilla Porter today and I didn't think it was bad. Surprised at the poor ratings. Sorry, no idea of the cost though.

Agreed, I put the Snowdrift in a mix a six about a month ago and it was pretty enjoyable. Their Summer Shandy and Sunset Wheat are pretty lacking though; they just taste too artificial.

This, and I'd be surprised if it wasn't a universal MSRP.

Idk about other states but it's about 6/7 bucks here in WI. Same or slightly more than New Glarus 6ers so I generally opt for those over Leine's.

Leinie is about 7 bucks here. I like the orgiinal and the Red. My woman likes cold Leinenkuegel, and gets frisky when she drinks it. Good enough for me.

Think I tired one or two of their more normal offerings, like the amber. Totally unimpressed. And I wouldn't drink their abominable fruit brews if you paid me.

I used to buy 24 packs of bottles for $12.99 or 13.99 in college. I think the sixers range from $7.99 to $9.49 around me, with sale prices dipping to $6.99. I think on average, I usually see it at $8.49.

Some of it is alright, especially for the lighter beer styles. Obviously, a lot of bad beers made by Leinies too.

around 8-10 bucks around me, usually 7.99. I had the big eddy imperial stout once and it was definitely tasty and I don't mind snowdrift porter or summer shandy. Maybe I just like beer so much I don't mind if it isn't 'great' every single time. They are a bit over the top with the artificial flavoring though.

    My thoughts exactly.

An hour from the brewery and it can be found for $6.50-$7.00/sixer although there are frequent deals that have their (specials?) for $10-11 a twelve pack. "Specials" if you can call them that are anything besides Original and Light in my book.

It could be $0.50 a sixer and I'd pass. I bought a sixer of lemon berry shandy for my girlfriend and her sister over the summer. There's 1 left in my fridge and has been there for quite awhile (I've since turned my girlfriend on to better beer...not great, but better...baby steps). The expiration date reads 1/7/13. I should punish myself and drink it one night. Maybe have a BCBS or Sucaba first so it really feels like a swift kick in the dick.

Anyways, I want to say that it runs $8-$10 here? I honestly don't know, but also live in a city so that sounds right. I mean you can't buy a 6 of bud light for less than $8

They carry it at the convenience store right across the street from my house. So you'd think I'd be able to tell you how much a six pack goes for here, but alas the only thing worth getting there is SN Torpedo so I don't pay all that much attention to anything else when I go there for beer. Leinenkugel is kinda shitty.

I can however tell you that a 4pk of 16oz cans of SN Torpedo is 8.99

I really have yet to taste a beer from them I would seek out. Beer in six-pack shops are pricey in Pittsburgh, so $9.99 is not out of line.
