I typically just post an ISO instead of asking here, but in this case I'm really not sure if I have what it takes. Your input is appreciated.
    • From my list below, could I potentially pull a Lente? If so, how much might it take?
    • If not, what upper level lambics are more realistically attainable and worth the trade(A&T, OGV, other seasons etc...)?
    Lee Kriek
    Berry Bu
    Stone Bu
    Earl Desay
    Cafe Samson
    Maple Samson
    The Lucy
    The Boysen
    Deux Tetes
    Imperial Peach Bu
    Fantasia
Sole Comp (Seven w/ Apricot & Mixed Botanicals)
Sole Comp (Syrah Cask Late Harvest)
    Matt
    Pannepooch Reserva
    Mother of all Storms
    Deal with the Devil
    Beyond Good & Evil
    Backyard

and if I absolutely had to:
    DBH
    LPK

DBH should get done 1:1. From your list, it's tough to say because anyone who sees that list is going to be interested in different beers when compared to the next guy.

I find it easy to relate a beer like this to Bourbon County variants, because many of us have a good feel for their "trade value". With that said, I know lambic can be difficult to trade for stouts and vice versa, but this is more relative to "trade value". I'd think Lente would trade for Rare plus Vanilla Rye 2:1.

EDIT: and my reason for mentioning DBH right off the bat is that most often, beers like Lente are only traded for other equally rare beers. People don't usually trade a beer like that for a box of 5-6 beers.

FWIW, since I see you have a lot of De Garde, you might be able to do a box of quantity De Garde for the right set of eyes. I recently traded away my Le Roar Grrrz set + Et Tu Brut for a shit load of De Garde bottles. That's just me, and I just have some sick obsession and weakness for them though. Nonetheless, we're out there.

ShanePB, I agree. I wouldn't trade my sole Lente for de Garde but that's because I don't have to. If I couldn't get my de Garde fix any other way I'd probably part with even the Lente. There are some serious de Garde junkies out here. It's amazing how much deliciousness is contained within those innocuous 750 bottles.

This is a situation where some kind of points system might be appropriate ...

I own both bottles and I agree with @pmoney that DB Huna would go 1:1.

Same here, but I would want a + on the DB Huna side. Like a Bio Gueuze type of bottle

I would not, and have not traded a Lente for 1 DBH. I would want a lot more than a + on the DBH side, and have done just that. While the other beers wouldn't need to be the +, there would definitely have to be talk to do it.

Of course that is just me and my Lentes.
