Ok, drain pour might have been a bit extreme in my wording, but honestly struggled to finish the few I had. I actually returned a 6 pack of it today. I'll be back to NN next year, but I'm over it for 2012.

I've gotten two 6ers of NN this year...bottled 2/14 and 2/20. I think it's incredibly delicious this year, definitely not drain pour worthy....I hardly ever buy 6ers of anything anymore because we have so much still waiting to be cracked open at home, but I have been finding myself wanting a NN nightly with dinner. A nice juicy/fruity blend of hops and malts...not a "malt bomb"...at least my bottles weren't.

I bought my case last Tues. (2/21) and it was as awesome as ever. In fact, I commented to several people that I was pleasantly surprised at how consistent it was, given the brewery's move. Thusly, my first case was gone within a week, and now I have to wait for the next shipment.

Nugget nectar is a solid ipa but it's nothing to go crazy about. I would rather just go to any beer store and pick up a 90 min by dogfish, which is just as good if not better. Just because a beer is hard to get doesn't mean that it should be raised on a pedestal and put in a category of the best ipas ever.

It's already here. Picked up a sixer at Consumers near the Airport for $12.99, though I had to ask where it was. It wasn't in the racks, I actually had to go inside the cooler and grab some. I think someone said it was at Wegmans too, but don't quote me on that.

Nugget Nectar is not even hard to get though...

Its one of my favorite beers and that's not because it gets a lot of hype.

I actually think it gets better with about a month on it. I had a keg of it last year and after about a month it was perfect.

Yeah i noticed that too....I guess they'll get it eventually. But i realized over the last year or so that the beer guys there are always way off when i ask them something (like telling me last fall that they'd be getting celebration ale in December and they had it before thanksgiving) i just nod and go on my way. btw as i mentioned wine and beverage depot in totowa has a ton.

I have to say, I had a bottle yesterday and it was so much better than it was 2 days after bottling.

wow really? that's what i meant. I was there Tuesday i guess and he didn't expect it to go that fast. (i guess based on year's past). What's the deal with this year? usually stuff hangs around that place for a pretty long time....

i only shop there when i am at home visiting my parents, but i have found if it is not the main beer manager, the staff does not know much about their future beer shipments, but there could be some people that know more...

I had it at the brewery yesterday. Really good, but I can't figure out the hype. The scratch 58 was awesome. Triple ipa with mango.

Yeah. they pride themselves on their wine. Although they have a pretty good craft selection, the staff is pretty worthless when it comes to beer questions. But i'm there almost weekly. Good prices.

First off, NN is not an IPA, so you are wrong right off the bat. Secondly, I don't think it's fair to compare 90 Minute to NN. I love 90 Minute, but it's a DIPA that is maltier and boozier and not even close in terms of flavor profile.

PS. 90 Minute is not near as good as NN anyway
