If you can find Pilsner Urquell in cans grab some. If you liked it before you like it even more, and if you didn't like it prepare to change your mind.

It's Rauchbier (Smoked Beer). NOT pilsner

Love pilsners and a few of my favorites are Hopworks' HUB Lager, Sixpoint the Crisp, Victory Prima Pils, Firestone Walker Pivo Pils, and the new 26th Anniversary Cascade Pilsner from Full Sail is really nice too.

I like German pilsners to Czech ones, but I really like them both. Most of my favorites have already been said. I'll add in Great Lakes The Wright Pils.
You beat me by 7 minutes, and you don't even like it!
That made me burst out laughing!

Victory Prima Pils takes the cake IMHO...absolute brilliance in a bottle...best in the middle of the hottest part of the summer with some bad ass bbq...

This is the absolute best Pilsner I've ever tasted. A masterpiece! Those who have not tried this should, though it may not be easy if you live outside of Cali. Wouldn't recommend trading for a growler or anything crazy like that either.

Actually it is THE Original. And ill send much love to Pilsner Urquell - top notch pilsner and 10 times better in its home country.

For something interesting - try a NZ style pils. Usually Nelson Sauvin hopped. Tuatara is a great example.

Pilsner Urquell in Prague/Pilzn is one of the most unbelievable beers i have had. I can't find a pilsner in the US that has really touched it. I have noticed an increase in unfiltered pilsners though - Lagunitis had a great draft only unfiltered pilsner last summer that was exceptional.

If only every Beer Advocator would be able to experience Pilsner Urquell in Prague, they might shift their main attention from DIPAs and BBA Stouts.

Have you had the new Ninkasi Bohemian pils that just got released in sixers. I thought it was pretty solid.

I had a sample of it at their tasting room a few weeks back and will definitely have to pick up some bottles. Very solid pilsner indeed.

For People in the east Le Trou du Diable's La Pitoune blows the doors off many of the pilsners mentioned here. Still love Victory Prima and Firestone Walker and Green Flash ones are very nice.
