In the talking of Saisons, domestically it is Hill Farmstead Arthur. I understand the availablity challenge.
Crooked Stave, and Ommegang are really wonderful. Recent releases of Mystic saisons are worth mention.
Blaugies, has fabulous water profile and produces excellent saisons.
Fantome can be a tough sled, but worth the efforts.

    Cheers all

Allagash just added a saison to their line up, available in four packs. I quite liked it, I found it similar to Hennepin or Tank 7.

Now available to me in 375ml bottles. It's going to be a great summer. I mean, not just because of that, which sounds pathetic, but, not needing a partner in crime to open one on the occasion of the firing up of the grill, etc....

You would need to get Tired Hands in growlers, their bottle releases are extremely limited. I absolutely recommend trying their beers, and as I'm not far from them I'd be happy to work out a trade with you, just BM me.

edit: "you" = putonyourwalkingshoes, although frankly anyone can send me a bm offering up a tired hands trade.

Drinking a Printemps now and let me tell you, well worth the risk.

I had an Arthur two days ago and it was the best saison I've ever had

I find all three of these to be different. Tank 7 has brett that is very present in the beer, and allagash/Hennepin do not. Allagash uses American hops and Hennepin does not. The hops giving allagash a orangy citrus flavor that I suppose could be similar to the orange peel used in Hennepin. I haven't had Hennepin in a while but I remember it being more of a 'rustic' saison while allagash is very clean.
