    Quinine might work in a small amount.

    Quaaludes if you got 'em would make for a knock out brew!

    You could get your hands on some qat leaves.

    Quandong fruits.

    Quamash herbs

    Queensland nut. (Macadamia)

    Quiddanny is a syrup of quinces- double points eh!

    Quirn is a European meat substitute (not very tasty)

    Quark would be a good word to us or quirky.

    You could also list everything off from ingredient lists as "quarter" measurements.

    E.G. 40 Quarter pounds for 10 pounds, 4 quarters of an ounce for an ounce, etc.

    You could call the brew:
    "quirky quarks quaalude laden quarter quell queer quartet surprise"
