LF: help with my Belgian Ale

    Yup. Its very good. I was just wondering about the finnish. Haven't had to many belgians with that high an abv.

    I had one come out at close to 9% when it way over attenuated and it took a good month of lagering before it came into its own. Had a little bit of booze in the finish and astringency from over bittering that faded after a month in the cold.
