LF: opinions on my beer cellar.

    Ok I am very new to cellaring, just started about 3 months ago, what do y'all think of my collection thus far:

    4- Pugachevs Cobra
    4- Abyss
    3- FW XVI
    1- Parabola
    1- DDBA
    2- Black Xantus
    2- Deliverance
    1- Angels Share
    2- Beer Geek Brunch Cognac
    2- Black Labert
    1- Black Tuesday
    1- Fruet
    1- Black Nocturne
    12- Ol Chub

    I'll admit I've probably spent more than I should have but I just love to go into a craft beer store and browse and buy, it's readily become a hobby of mine.

    Your cellar is awful. Open them all and pour them into the drain. The hops faded already

    Off to a good start! Definitely jealous of the Deliverance.

    Good start. Have you tried a FW DDBA yet? IMO, I think it's pretty good now and I'm not sure how it will age. I only had one bottle, so if I had 2 I would probably be cellaring it too. I'd just suggest trying it if you haven't yet. It's got a good barrel-aged malty, almost scotch ale flavor going on right now. Anyway, good luck letting things cellar instead of drinking them!
