Isn't that the beauty of homebrewing? Make the beer the way you want!!

Please report back how this beer turned out.

    Cheers!

Go for it! Throw in some lactose, graham cracker, and marshmallow too… make it a key lime pie thing.

Do it. I have had success using fresh lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit as well as using clementines whole and juiced.

I make a wit with added fresh grapefruit juice and a dry hop of huell melon and Amarillo. Pretty delicious. Drinking it right now matter of fact.

I make a hefe and add in limeaide about 3 days into primary fermentation. It is GREAT. Use Moteueka hops as well and get a lemon-lime feel.

Did a Whiskey Sour with lime juice and zest...brewed a sour base with the zest and juice at flameout, added to an old whiskey barrel that was inoculated with a wild sacc, brett and lacto and now its puckertastic with a distinct flavor like a Whiskey Sour.

Go for it. I'm made a lime & ginger witbier before that I thought turned out pretty nicely. Zested a couple of limes, not sure if I used any juice at all (optional). It's worth experimenting.
