    Just picked up an 07 bottle of Cuvee Rene today. Going to crack it this weekend and see how it's drinking.

    I found a case of them about a year ago, I'm down to my last three, it is quite wonderful. There seem to be some variation from bottle to bottle, the biggest difference being carbonation.
