How much are people paying per bottle? I saw it in Asheville today for $18.25.

Yikes! $14.99 in Hickory (which may help). But I'm pretty sure Bestway in Greensboro was charging $13.99.

$13.99 at Bestway. Really a great beer, would absolutely love to see this ring in at 13-14% Abv.

15.99 in Wilmington. Also Allagash Farm2Face hit today on the low, bottle counts low on that one.

Got my case at Hops and Grapes, but haven't opened any bottles yet... Had it on draft at Amos Howards, and dug it as much as always... big bold thick dark chocolatey bourbon-y raspberry goodness.

I'm hearing different things about the amount of raspberry that people get from it. I get a lot, but not as much as last year. Some people say they didn't taste it last year, but get a huge amount from this years.

Anyways, all the more reason to try a bunch of them!

Ouch, my wallet is hurting. Seems a little steep for being so relatively close.

Bottle rev had 4 cases, sold out in one night. It's amazing how these breweries create a hype and a "Limited release" beer and all of us go on a mad dash trying to find. I found a bottle and I was diaspointed, it's good but not great in my opinion.

I honestly don't know about other beer releases, but at least in this case I don't think it was the brewery doing the hype. I really heard very little from the brewery.

Yep, I agree. In fact, I was told that the shops were specifically asked not to advertise it, at least on Tuesday. That's why you didn't see anything popping up on social media about places getting it until yesterday. I would argue that it's actually the most under-hyped limited release in the state.

I drank one last night and really liked it, but I'm kind of big on fruited stouts in general.

yes the only hype on this beer was from olde hickory's facebook page that they were bottling it but that was about it. didn't even mention any release details. the folks at sams didn't even know when they were getting it. in the past i have liked this beer but thought this years was exceptionally good. more bourbon and a little thicker. i know some others mentioned it was under carbonated but mine was just fine.

Can't wait to try this. I have 6 bottles and haven't been a huge fan of Lindley Park in the past. Much more an EH fan. I've always liked Lindley Park but not been crazy about it. Can't wait to try this year's version.

Lindley is one of the few BA stouts I still look forward to. I definitely prefer it over Event Horizon, but I buy that every year too. At some point in the last year or two my palate just changed and I can't appreciate big stouts anymore. The raspberries really do it for me with Lindley Park though.
