Liquor/Craft beer stores in the loop

    Ok so I work in the Sears Tower in the loop in Chicago. Where is the best place to get beer without walking too far. I tried google and did not have too much luck. I need to bring it on the metra at union station.

    Warehouse Liquors
    Walgreens at Halstead & Monroe (no joke)
    South Loop Market sometimes has some good stuff.

    I work 2 blocks from there and these spots pretty much nail it, best in the area.

    That Walgreens in Greektown does have a surprising selection and is only 3-4 blocks from Union Station.

    I also will occasionally grab a growler from Haymarket and drink that on the train. If I forget glassware at the office, I've been known to use a McDonald's cup to keep it super classy.

    Well I won't be drinking it on the train. My buddy lives by UIC and Im bringing some stuff to his place. Thanks for your input guys.

    Gentiles Wine Shop and the Greektown Walgreens, and of course South Loop Binnys are the best options near UIC.
