I have no problem drinking aal but I'll typically go with the regular version over light. I enjoy pbr, old style, and other aal often, but I rarely drink any of the light versions. The only one I drink is often is Busch light it is usually at tailgates and parties and it is in. H opinion better than bud and coors light.

If offered I won't turn down, but for me there are plenty of AAL that are lite enough w/o being labeled as a lite beer.

Too many good grisettes and Berliners on the market now, although I do have a fondness for the occasional Cisco Shark Tracker.

I find Miller Lite highly refreshing.

I don't buy any Lite beers anymore, but if I'm at a party, etc. where that's the only offering, I'll take one and nurse it as long as I can. If I have a guest coming to my place who is a BMC drinker, I'll know him/her well enough to know if I can get away with giving him/her some craft beer, but if I know I can't get away from it, I'll buy their favorite of whatever they tell me. For someone who tells me that they are willing to drink craft beers, I'll get some Short's Local's Lager for someone (formerly Local's Light Lager, but a technicality caused a change of name). It's a flavorful American Adjunct Lager.

One of the better light beers that I have had is Narry Light.

If you're taking about lighter styles like pils, wit, hefeweizen, etc. then yes. If you're talking about truly light beers like MGD 64, then I would just rather drink water.

Yes I do on occasion. It's Corona Light. As bad as it maybe, it's better than BMC lights.

Nope not me. AALs occasionally if I'm at a work function and Heinekin is the best available, but light beers are like club soda to me I just don't understand the appeal. My idea of lawnmower beer is the Harpoon Summer I am drinking right now after spending the day cleaning up the tree that fell across my driveway in the storm yesterday. Luckily no cars were harmed in the making of this yard work.

I think there is a huge difference between "session IPA", and a "lite beer" that uses adjuncts, like corn, the biggest being taste, after which the rest don't matter...no thanks.

Lite beers are the best. I don't understand why there are no lite imperial stouts. Snobbery, most likely. Fear and incompetence also.
Lite beers are the epitome of true brewing skill. No bold flavors to hide behind. Most craft brewers aren't talented or creative enough to make a good, clean lite beer. Flavor is overrated.

Light beers like Sierra Nevada Torpedo, it's pretty tame.

Of course, IMO in this heat an ice cold Miller Lite is always good. I like it , don't care what anyone thinks.

Me too, but it's got to be ice cold, as it warms it kinda turns to shit.

My wife drinks Bud Light and I often partake of them when I am looking to lighten thing up a bit and take a break from all of the wonderfully intense flavors and fun of craft beers..

So far my favorite "Lite" beer is Firestone Walker Easy Jack, it taste great and is easy drinking, I can have a few without going overboard, however, it's been a few years since I have had something like Bud Light, Miller Lite or Coors Light, I would rather drink a Budweiser or Coors if given the choice of a BMC.

I like Amstel light but when drinking adjuncts I prefer the non light versions

I'm a Coors Light guy when I'm drinking for drinking and not drinking for flavor. I personally don't think craft beer should be mixed (paired) with food so that's where the fizzy yellow stuff comes into play. That and drinking games...

I had Mayflower's Summer beer this past weekend. Great light craft beer.
