Hey I'm looking at expanding my collection of Little Creatures Single Batch and naturally im struggling to find any of the previous releases. I'm hoping to find anyone who can either direct me to where some may be hidden or someone who may have a few extras they could be willing to part with. I have Shepard's Delight, Puffing Billy & Mr Obadiah so im looking for any of the other releases. Any news will be appreciated Cheers Josh
where are you located, I have long shadow, dreadnaught, oatmeal and big dipper I think, CBF posting them though
Mane Liquor in Belmont had a customer that was offering their single batch collection for sale just the other week
LOL I would pay original retail price minus one dollar per bottle for inevitable oxidation. oh I would also want a $20 discount for having to drink the Quiet American again. Urine mixed with undiluted cordial.
Cellaring beer is an exception, not a rule. 95% of beer is at its best fresh, and starts going downhill from there.
I'm in Adelaide, if you can be bothered posting them id love to take them all. I'm not planning on drinking them as I have had all of them previously. It's more for my collection.
Will keep an eye out for you. Saw Puffing Billy for $6 last weekend. Only after full bottles or are empties ok?
I managed to score a bottle of Puffing Billy today which was awesome! Just looking for full bottles. Thanks
I have the IPA, Marzen, Brown Ale, Quiet American, Oatmeal Stout, Puffing Billy, Sherperds Delight, Obidiah, Day of the Long Shadow, oh and did I mention before that I also have some Ten20 Commerorative
So is that just to make me jealous? Because its working! Nice collection! Wouldn't happen to have any doubles you would be willing to part with?
Na sorry buddy. They are all in the cellar for future reviewing. To be honest none of them are all that great. Maybe the Dreadnought being the best of the bunch so far. In any case they are all inferior to other brews
The soured Quiet American was quite good. Had it one time. The bottled version was exactly as you described it. Unconscionably bad.
