Here's what happened I'm not angry about it but I just want credit for my trade....

Nov 9th ish made a deal with someone no issues with the traded items. We did not agree on not sending extras I did he didn't. He stated in a later message he would send my box back with a couple extras and that at the time he was low on them also how he completed over 70 trades before yada yada yada.

I replied no problem I'll wait till you send the box back to leave feedback. 2 weeks go by nothing at which point I said screw it and left feedback for the guy anyway since traded items were all good. A month goes by nothing I followed up a couple times to say hey please leave feedback and nothing. I even said don't worry about sending my box back just please leave some feedback.

Side note my feed back for him went like this. Traded items were perfect please specify no extras in the future with a good rating.

As of today still no feedback. I've seen the guy post on the trade forums multiple times. Like I said I'm not angry just want credit for the trade and to get it out of my pending box.

Just to confirm, you got your beer and he received his and the trade was completed with no problems... correct?

He hasn't left you trade feedback yet? His not responding to messages?

If all the above is correct, then ask him if he is going to leave feedback the next time he posts in the forums.

We can't force someone to leave feedback, we have been working on a solution for people in your same situation. I know its frustrating but please bare with us, thanks.

No Problem I'll hang tight. I don't want to call or text just cause it's not a huge deal but yes very annoying! I'm not into being a dick and posting on other guys forums no matter how bad but what's your opinion on doing something like that blue? My gut says like Paul McCartney sang "let it be, let it be"

Honestly, you've got (23) trades "recorded", I personally don't think (1) less is gonna hurt you as a good/solid trader. Maybe if you were first starting out and needed some "street credit" to help you further yourself up in the trading world. And for the record, I have an open trade where the guy didn't leave me any feedback, but I left him some. He was new and didn't have any trades. Tried explaining how to leave feedback to him multiple times. He said he was going to, but never did, and he hasn't been on the site for almost a year since we did that trade. I do agree with you, as its common courtesy to finish a trade with feedback for your trader.

I agree with you my only other concern is I use the feedback system and review everyones prior trades before trading with someone new. If I were to see an open trade for a few months with no feedback I would be less likely to go forth with a new trader.

Don't sweat it. I don't think most people look at other peoples open trades anyway. I'd see you had 100% on 23 trades and your great feedback. I've got a new trader that had trouble finding out how to accept my trade proposal and hasn't left me feedback in a month and I doubt he ever will,oh well.

Even if it was someone new I'd just think it was a pre trade or something, maybe I'd ask.

Like mentioned, looking into a way to make this easier, and for all sides to account for feedback. As if something went awry all around, a trade might not be completed on the premise of "hey don't leave feedback, let me make it right". Both are frustrating, I know.

Why would you care about open trades people have outstanding? I never even consider open trades to be any of my business, only feedbacks on completed trades should matter.

He doesn't want to leave a feedback because you basically made it somewhat negative by pointed out the fact that he didn't send extras. I don't think this belongs in a feedback if you got your beers as it made you look like you EXPECTED extras, a negative reflection on you actually. Personally, I never expect extras and I would never point that out to negatively reflect the experience in a feedback. Appreciate extras, NEVER expect it. If you sent extras beer karma will come back to you in one form or another. Let this one go.
