First time brewing and I went with a blonde 1 gallon to get started I followed the directions and now it has been fermenting for 2 weeks. It had cleared up and was a good looking beer but today when I came home it was all cloudy and I can see the yeast from the bottom bubbling up and thus making it cloudy. Is it going to be ok? Did I let ferment for too long? It was a kit that I got for Christmas from the Brooklyn brew shop so it was a from scratch kit. What did I do wrong and is there any way to fix it or is it gone for good?

You're fine. There is nothing wrong. If you don't have a hydrometer to check gravity, buy one. If you can't get one, or don't want to for some reason...don't bottle for another week.

I usually leave my beers in the fermenter for 4 weeks. Seems to clean them up a bit more.

It's hard to say why your beer was looking so good, and then it wasn't. Some change in the environment is usually the reason, but let's not worry about it at this point. JohnSnow has it right....just sit tight a week or so and then bottle it. Get your self a hydrometer (around $10) if you can so that you can take some readings that will tell you something definitive about whether your fermentation is complete without having to guess. Yep, it's important.

Was there a change in temperature in where it is fermenting? That is my guess as to why it changed on you.
