For those of us who don't have a Facebook account, what's the story?

... ... new tanks. Seriously? My 93 year old grandmother has a Facebook.

Facebook is compulsory? I had no idea

Nice. The new brewery is still a long way off so anything that ups Live Oak's capacity has to be good news, although a bottling line... one day my son, one day.

Old Tree Hugger is the shit for sure. And the best brewery tour I've been on. Just laid back and fun times.

Was at the tour last week, they were getting in (i'm gonna screw this up) two or three new 120 barrel tanks for lagering and going to convert some of their lagering tanks to fermenters. Or i have this backwards.

Anyway, has anybody been getting buttery smells from their beers? I got smelled this on the tour for their amber, schwarz, pilz (the hef was superb though.). After I got this smell on these beers, the tour guide (I really liked the tour) took us to the lagering tanks and mentioned that the beers stay in the tanks for 2 weeks, or as long as they can before needed to ship out, and lagering helps sulfur compounds, yeast and diacetyl drop out of the beer.
I then got the buttery smell for Liberation, making me think the beers are under-lagered?

The only time I have perceived diacetyl in a Live Oak beer was last year's oaktoberfest.
