Traveling through Houston this week and was wanting to know of a store that sells live oak hefe bottled. Thanks for any replies.
Check out Premium Draught, CRISP, Growlers, or Hay Merchant. Most of those places will have it for a growler fill. Available at a lot of bars around town if you get a chance to have a pint.
I will absolutely be dropping by a place for a pint. Now I have to go learn what a growler is. (Yes I'm that big a noob)
LOL, it is tap beer in a glass jug to go. Only a handful of places are aloud by law to serve growlers. If you need any other recommendations just ask. Plenty of people are willing to help. My favorite beer bars that usually have Live Oak on tap: Cottonwood Downhouse Hay Merchant The Flying Saucer Anvil The Gingerman Market Square Bar & Grill (not a beer bar in the least, but they always have LO, and a hell of a good burger)
Nope - Round Rock. Just a stock photo I stole from the interwebs. Here, I'll use one of my own photos, of my new favorite 32oz growler.
One of the top beers in the southwest for a reason! I don't think I've ever had another beer where I just say, "Welp. Style ain't getting any better than this. ...Particularly not for $4/pint or so."
