$45 (plus fees?) seems like way too high of a price for this. Most of the list is just normal shelf-beers and there really aren't any "whalez brah".

This is disappointing for $45. I was excited since it's walking distance from my place, but I think I'll be skipping.

This fest has a lot of competition but I think the beer list looks pretty nice all things considered. Not every festival needs to attract whale hunters and this looks like a good time with a lot of very good local brew being poured. Price may be a little bit steep but you can blow $45 on cans of 312 pretty quickly at just about any Chicago street fest.

I could easily drink $45 worth of Permenant Funeral and a couple Kal-Haven's.

After browsing through the beer list, I don't think 3 exclamation points are needed at the end of the title to this thread. Just sayin

I think this sums up my thoughts. I know this is a beer website with "advocates" who are into our whales, but this list looks fine to me. Plus we could be getting some nice stuff from Transient and some cool Firkin's taboot.
