Lolita again question

    I have a 2011 bottle of GI Lolita. I drank one the other day and was interested in cellaring this one. However, the bottle has been in my fridge for upwards of a month now. Would this have any negative impact if I were to move it to my cellar?

    None. Moving from fridge to cellar temp won't harm the beer.

    Fantastic. I was somewhat concerned because it is a bottle conditioned sour so I thought the cold might impact the yeasts.

    i just had one today. 2012. tasty, my gf wasn't a fan. could use some aging i feel...would make it much much better.

    Just picked up a couple of bottles of this yesterday. Thinking I will try one now and let the other one sit for a while.
