Long Beach Bottle Share Anyone??

    its great seeing all of these bottle shares in the surrounding LA/OC area and was wondering if anyone wanted to try putting together a bottle share here in Long Beach

    Same here.

    Danny from Stearns sometimes has them at Beachwood in LB. Haven't been to one in a while but BW was pretty cool about it. We got our own corner of the bar, they kept everyone's water glasses full, and kept our beers cold for us. It was just after lunch time on a weekday, if I remember correctly (which probably helped). I imagine he's got a little more pull with them than your average patron, but they might be open to it.

    I'm in if this happens. BW is always good with it as long as you show them some love on food purchases and save some pours for the staff.

    I know a few us had one @ The Stache bar on 4th street last year and it turned out pretty good [there was over 50 bottles] but like in the words of that great beer company "I'm up for whatever".

    I'm down for either. Not sure how busy BW or the Stache get on the weekends, though. If they're pretty busy all weekend, they may not be the ideal spot.

    Wow this weekend for Grand Prix would be great but I feel like it would be short notice to gather enough people who are interested but would anyone be up for this Saturday 5pm if that was the case or next Saturday 5 pm ? As far as location goes stache won't be too busy at 5 for a Saturday beachwood might have more people on a Saturday

    Downtown long beach is gonna be a clusterfuck because of the grand prix. Just sayin...

    True that Grand Prix crowd will suck next Saturday 5 pm or Sunday noon? That way I can make a Google doc I see people make for who's bringing what ? I can go and verify the stache or beachwood if they would be okay with it
