    I do bottleshares at beachwood a couple times a month but it's always during the week with a smaller group of around 5-6 people. A couple weeks ago I was invited to a new group's share at beachwood on a Saturday and it was a bigger group of around 12. The staff was definitely not as happy, although they did a great job taking care of the group. I overheard a couple employees that weren't stoked that this was happening during prime weekend time. Therefore, I would suggest this be organized at beachwood during a time that is not so busy, or maybe the Stache would be a better option.

    I agree with Gregory. You're taking up space on what is already a busy weekend. Shit, even the idea of this during Grand Prix is asking for too much in terms of even finding parking or getting in to and out of LB.

    Best to do it when the place is in a slow period as to not disrupt their busier business hours.

    Been meaning to go to either stache or beachwood to ask the managers if we can have it there just haven't had time to go yet but is anyone cool with the owners that can ask instead of me a random asking but either way I'll ask them soon

    Sounds killer. Never been there - would they allow outside food? Do you have to buy cocktails too (eg. how do we support them back?)

    Yes they allow outside food, we can also get pizza delivered there.
    Just buy a round or two of craft beer and that would be cool enough.
