I bought a six pack for my brother, at Woodstock Hops & Barley in Woodstock VT, about 20 minutes west of Hanover, NH on Route 4. MY brother loves it.

It was just released in bottles outside VT about two weeks ago. This is the first run,..I'm sure production will pick up after they see their sales numbers.

Apologies if my use of pronouns was somehow imprecise - "it" was intended to refer to DirtWolf, which made an appearance in Boston in October and has yet to return to my knowledge. I understand Limbo has just made it out of VT, and that there may be some lag before it reaches whatever will be its top distribution level.

I was almost going to buy a sixer yesterday at Nikkis in PVD but the owner convinced me otherwise into getting something more seasonal because Limbo will be a year round.

Top Shelf Brews in Hampton, NH. While you're over there, stop in on Blue Lobster Brewing. Of course, you can stop by Smuttynose after that. While you're at it, head up to Portsmouth Brewery and make a day of it.

You May not know, but that Hippie Guy on the Bottle is Mike Gerhart, the head brewmaster but not a stoner....

Can't say enough about this beer. Solid and only 8-10 bucks a six pack depending where you are - great deal.

It appears to be landing just about everywhere. Pop's in Easton had a number of cases on the floor today.

This COULD be the long-awaited regionally-made, decently priced, mass-produced hoppy IPA alot of us have been waiting for a long time. Let's see if this can continue. Really like this beer.

Bought a six yesterday at Macy's Liquors in West Bridgewater (Formerly Spirits & More)....they just got it in earlier that day. Great stuff. I'm a big fan. There's many more in my future. It was $11.38 or something like that...would be awesome if it was sub-$10.

Picked mine up earlier in the week at granite, it was up by the registers. Really good beer and would love to see a decently priced 12 pack.

My answer to that conundrum lately has been The Shed IPA. Nice, unfiltered, almost big-league hoppy, and typically $8.99 a sixer. I have been seeing it less and less lately though. Anyone know why?

Got a hold of Limbo last night! Really solid IPA, and I liked it better than my Shed standby. At $10.99 it's not a bad deal but I too would love to find that quality at the sub-$10 price point of a fading era!

IMO Limbo > Larry. Actually I prefer Wachusett Light IPA to Larry too.

In any event - good to see some competition for good beer at lower price points.
