Well for a winter IPA I was expecting something more malty but its very hop forward. 65 IBU's and 6.8% ABV. It's very tasty and I wont say its better than SN Celebration but for a "Winter IPA" its just as good and a nice alternative.

Way too malty for me (for an IPA, I love malt in many other styles), but great for blending with a homebrewed IPA I have on now that is just a little too thin and dry. 80/20 homebrew/Sick Day makes a perfect pint. Love the label though, and many of us can vouch for its authenticity.

I have to give Long trail some credit. At least they are mixing it up and working to update their line. Haven't had Sick Day yet, but I thought Limbo was pretty good.

i look forward to trying sick day...don't care for the name, imo snow day would have been a better choice. i can't quite put my finger on what bothers me about it...

I had it on draft about a month ago at the brewery. I thought it was excellent. I didn't know it was going to be bottled. Is it bombers or sixers?

Picked up a 6 pack for under $8. Keep in mind this is NH pricing.

Agreed 100%. Snow Day is a much better name.

It's their new winter seasonal (replacing fall Pumpkin)

Hard to sell a beer called Snow Day in early October though.

Would say the same about Oktoberfest in July, but it still happens.

Yeah I picked up a sixer last week and I was surprised at the hop presence but it was a pleasant surprise; still really liked it. I'm more and more impressed with LT with their new releaeses.

I do hope you guys suggesting Snow Day as a name instead of Sick Day have seen the label and understand why its called ¨Sick Day¨ because it makes perfect sense to me. Usually working adults don't get snow days from full-time jobs, at least I don't.
