Also reminds me of an old "blue" joke, but I won't go there, but maybe I just did?

Smell is the only right answer.

By feel do you mean mouth feel? As in carbonation/thickness/etc?

If so, I put it right up there with smell (which is always relevant with beer).

I've had beers where the flavor has been spot on but because of the thickness of the beer and carbonation levels, I was underwhelmed (for example Old Raspy non-nitro - was disappointed by thickness and would personally rate the Nitro'd version well above the non-nitro; just drank Mikkeller Beer Geek Daydream - would have benefited from some more of the thick/oily smooth mouthfeel of brunch weasel)

I've also had beers that have smell like baby vomit and tasted pretty good (sorry Carton Lime Rickey, you literally smelled like baby vomit. tasted decent enough tho)

Smell, and it's not even close.

    Feel is a distant second.

Look is pretty much irrelevant to me.

Smell by a wide margin. Feel can enhance a beer. Looks, I never saw an ugly beer.

Agreed, I usually focus on the mouth feel as well.

Definitely smell, though frankly I legitimately find all four to be important. I don't like it being a requirement that I rate all 4, especially as Look can often be "nothing special", and what rating does that get?!?! But I really appreciate when a beer's Look is special.

    Smell.

To illustrate that reasoning, when you're swigging your next beer, go ahead and plug your nose with your fingers with one hand and simultaneously take a sip. Don't let your fingers loose until well into the finish... Might as well be sipping club soda.

Feel is a distant second, yet stilI incredibly important when separating mere good beers from excellent ones.

Smell is so connected to taste that it's the only reasonable answer.

This blew me away. I can't believe it isn't feel by a landslide. A thin, flat, or over carbed mouthfeel can make or break a beer, at least for me.

I barely notice look or feel unless they are particularly unusual, as in unexpected floaties (look) or overly thin (feel). I hate that we're all expected to rate on these two factors.

Honestly, smell is the only correct answer: "Many flavors are recognized through the sense of smell. If you hold your nose while eating chocolate, for example, you will have trouble identifying the chocolate flavor, even though you can distinguish the food’s sweetness or bitterness. This is because the familiar flavor of chocolate is sensed largely by odor. So is the well known flavor of coffee [and beer!]. This is why a person who wishes to fully savor a delicious flavor (e.g., an expert chef testing his own creation) will exhale through his nose after each swallow."

For me, smell is important, but it isn’t as important as taste. Mouthfeel for me is closest to affecting taste. For example, a flat beer (or one way under-carbonated) ruins any beer for me. Whereas, if a beer smells bad yet tastes amazing, I’m fine with it. Kind of like a good cheese (think brett beers).

Smell all the way for me. Just LOVE a stinky, dank, piney smelling beer! I swear I can taste a dank beer by smelling it....

Depends on the style but almost always smell, I don't like watery big stouts and BW's or a flat saison but it wouldn't impact the score like a bad smelling beer that's for sure.

Smell, I choose glassware that can fit my nose when I take a sip, otherwise the experience is not that good and I fell like I´m wasting good money.

Because smell and taste are so closely linked, I really can't separate them as far as picking one I like over the other. Feel is very important to me, after taste/smell...so I guess I answered it wrong...lol...
