I have heard a lot of good things about the deli's in Chicago and have never been to one. I will be coming down 94 through Chicago heading towards Indiana on a Friday around lunch time. Is there a good deli in the area that also has some good beers on tap?

Manny's is good, but weirdly expensive for most things. And if you want good beer you'll have to go across the street.

Also a phenomenal option! My only minor complaint being, how may farking sandwich options do you really need?!? Seriously, I need a nap after perusing their menu...

I haven't been to the others mentioned. I've been to City Provisions quite a bit (http://www.cityprovisions.com/delicatessen.htm) They have delicious, locally-sourced food. The owner (Cleetus) brews unique beers in collaboration with regional breweries such as Dark Horse and Two Brothers.

It isn't convenient from I-94 (it's about 15 minutes out of the way) but worth it.
