How would swapping out the honey malt for an equal amount of light crystal (10-20) change the flavor profile and ABV?

Honey malt imparts sweetness without the caramel character found in the crystals. Both offer more complexity in your finished product. Whichever you use, this is where the actual honey will come in for your recipe to dry your beer out some.

According to http://beercalculus.hopville.com/ An even swap of crystal 10 in place of honey malt will keep your OG and abv the same.
