if you are inclined to DIY, willing to spend some time finding the right fridge and decide you would like the ability to tap any keg you like, then 2 feet is enough space to build a kegerator. assuming you do not need to keep the CO2 in the same space. otherwise you are limited. it does not matter if the CO2 cold btw.

you will need a minimum width of 17" for a half barrel (a full size keg). 24"-17" = 7" additonal space, or 3.5" per side. tight, but possible. you will also need ideally 30" of height inside the cooled space.
if you can find a small fridge with these internal dimensions the construction of a DIY kegerator is not too hard at all.

maybe there are some european spec refrigerators that will run 120V 60hz North American electric.

I do need the Co2 to fit into that spot. I'll post a pic soon. I was originally looking into a do-it-yourself kit, but I don't like my options for a fridge that small. I'll likely just get a normal sized fridge and put the whole setup in the garage if I go that route.

The space is a little bigger than it looks. I could move the bottle/glass racks over, but there are 6 pieces and they're HEAVY and mounted.

the garage might be better in this instance.
you should consider too that a fridge is a heat removal device. placing it up against that collection of bottles is not doing them any favors.

Thanks. I didn't think about how warm fridges get. If I end up doing that I'll have to keep that area empty. I only keep bottles in those racks when I plan on drinking them soon anyway, but I wouldn't want them warm for any period of time.
