Looking for a Wasatch Pumpkin Clone.

    What is it about Wasatch Pumpkin Clone that you like? I'm unfamiliar with the beer.

    Its very creamy. Great pumpkin pie flavor.

    I've heard a few people rolling around the idea of putting lactose in their pumpkin beers. I don't recall anyone bragging about them. :slight_smile: It sounds good on paper. Otherwise, pumpkin beer is a very popular topic. I'd pick a solid recipe and consider some low lovabond crystal in the bill. Add your spices in moderation. I'd start with about a teaspoon of total spice in the last 5 min of the boil. I like nutmeg most and cinammon, cloves, and all spice go A VERY LONG WAY.
