only place I could imagine having it in Morro Bay is Bottle Liquor on Main Street. They actually have a pretty good selection, and worth a stop in regardless. Often have several Kern River beers, among tons of other shit. Expect to overpay though.

I dont know how that would be possible unless you catch a release day and there's something in SLO that gets them. BUT, do go and hang out at http://www.baywoodalehouse.com/ it's really cool there and i had great pours for two days

Last year the BevMo in Paso did a release day on Black Friday and had it. May be worth checking them or the SLO BevMo. Also, while in Morro Bay check out the Libertine Pub as well if you haven't already.

Morro Bay Market & Spirits, on Morro Bay Blvd, will most likely get it again. That said you will pay insanely more than you would anywhere else. They used to be great about getting more limited stuff and being fair about it. Then they caught on to the beer nerds a year or so ago. Vanilla Rye was $100 per bottle on Black Friday last year. They got some heat for this on social media and a few days or a week later, I can't remember, they lowered the price to ONLY $50. I'm not sure how long it took them to sell out but I'm sure this year the price will be somewhere in that ball park but who knows with the new bottle format.

Baywood Alehouse is a fun little place that is open for breakfast on the weekends. I wasn't expecting much food wise but I was very surprised at how good it was. Libertine is also a must as others have said.
