I'm looking for Cantillon Blaeber in Denmark. I'm not sure when it is released. My understanding is that I could call the shop and buy a 375mL and a 750mL once it is released and have someone ship it to me in the United States. So basically I would buy the two bottles and you could send them to me. I would pay for you to ship it to me and in return I could send you some beers that you are interested in the US. Is this basically true? How much do the 750mL and 375mL bottles cost at the shop?

When is Cantillon Blaeber normally released in Denmark at that particular shop?

If you are interested and would be able to do this for me what US beers would you be interested in to make it worth your while? It would be great if people could let me know how this could be done via PM and what beers you would want in exchange to make this happen for me as obviously your time is worth money. Let me know via PM how we could pull this off and what you would like to do it assuming I paid for both of the Blaeber bottles, I paid for you to ship them to me, and I paid to ship you some US bottles.
    Cheers!!!
    Mike

Or if you have a 750mL and a 375mL Blaeber from 2013 and would be willing to pay shipping to the US what would you like in return? That would probably be easier. You ship the two Blaebers here and I'll ship you some bottles you are interested in. Let me know if you are interested and what bottles you would want me to ship to you. Let me know and I will try to find them if I don't already have them.
    Cheers!!!

Hopefully you would have shipped to the US before so you know how to get them here.

Well a guy can try. I would definitely love to trade for a bottle if someone wants some US beers. I certainly can't get everything but I do have lots of stuff in the cellar and access to a lot more. Just curious what one would want to trade for one?

I can understand your need to get this beer but this is the same as with Westvleteren, because of the rarity people want a bottle. When you look at the actual taste you will not be more impressed than with other sours. I never had it but i am not a sour lover. I hope you will find a bottle but it will be very hard. Good luck with that!

Well we do trades with Blåbär all the time. If yoiu want to trade for it it is better to expand a bit so you can fill a shipper. That is way more cost efficiant.

From what I hear, it costs almost $100 a box to ship to Europe. And that's a small to medium sized box, maybe six bottles.

I just ordered a box from Belgium that had ten 750mL and two 375mL bottles. I arrived safely. Cost was $125 for shipping. Not sure how it works the other way around but you have to use USPS to get the best rates.

It is about 112 USD for a 12 bottle shipper with USPS.
