Looking for Cellar/drink advice from KS - full kimono

    Had a buddy pick up a growler of Full Kimono from Blind Tiger in Topeka.... Now just debating on if it's better to cellar or crack now.

    I understand the risks of cellaring with a growler and I've had a few experiences with cellaring growlers and they've been positive (still carb'd, not infected). I'm looking for advice from some folks who have had it on the cellaring potential. Only thinking I'd probably keep it for 9months to a year.

    I wouldn't cellar it; you'll lose a bunch of the hoppiness.

    Thanks! It was categorized under strong ale so, while I knew it had a lotta hops, I wasn't sure if it was more like a DIPA or an American BW.
